We were at the facility during a transition time from the first class finishing up their therapy session to the second getting set up for their group session. While getting ready my Pet Partner walked up to the client we are assigned to (no farther then leash distance away) and touched the client in an inappropriate place. The client was upset enough to bring it to my attention as well as the parent that was present.
